FREE with People’s Forum in collaboration with Feeling Social

As part of the People’s Forum in November, we are following up with a mental health first aid training course (provided by Feeling Social) which is ideal for those working with community groups, those impacted by mental health or those wanting to know and understand more.

This Mental Health First Aid Course has been updated with the latest knowledge and research and redeveloped through an inclusive lens with extensive input from people with lived experience.

This course is ideal for anyone who lives with, works with, or supports young people and community organisers. You will gain knowledge, awareness, and skills to spot the signs of someone experiencing poor mental health and the tools to safeguard and signpost to appropriate support.

Training as a Mental Health First Aider will give you three years of certification, plus access to ongoing benefits by joining the Association of Mental Health First Aiders.
